Got this on sale at HD. Works great, used it for 5 hours straight on the house siding and my patio, didn't skip a beat! Two things that could be better: Love the hose reel feature (one reason for buying it), but when on the pressure binds the reel and the unit tips over when you pull for more hose. Second the hose is only 20' and when I went to add the extension hose the large fittings are to long and prevent it from fitting on the reel. Plenty of room on the reel for the added hose just the fittings won't let you crank it up, too bad. Sun Joe you need to fix this issue, it defeats the advantage of adding a longer hose. Great machine, just falls short on a couple items. I'm keeping it cause it cleans great and the price was great too!

This power washer does a good job considering its size and cost. So far, it has proven to be a good value. I have discovered three small annoyances as to the unit. The power cord has a very large ground fault plug at the end that causes problems as to finding a place to plug it in if there are other plugs in the outlet to be used. I wish they could find a way to mount the ground fault on the unit with a regular cord running from it to the outlet. Because of the large ground fault plug, stowing the power cord is cumbersome. There is just a hook to hold the line rather than a way to wrap it for storage as with a vacuum cleaner. Most annoying is that the pressure hose does not have any kind of swivel so it is constantly getting twisted like an old-fashioned phone cord. I’ve had to stop numerous times while working to "unkink" the pressure hose. Still - all-in-all - I am pleased with this product.

SPX3001 was purchased to replace an older power washer that had no replacement parts easily available. The SPX3001 offered the power and options we were looking for. The system was easy to setup and operate. CONS: Having to use different individual spray heads. We have ordered an additional 25' HD extension hose and a multi-spray head (doesn't require changing out to adjust spray).

Very good washer, did great job removing mold and mildew on vinyl siding, BUT the plastic hose reel is very weak and has already cracked with only 3 uses, although I was very careful when rolling up the hose, needs much heavier plastic or you should STRONGLY consider using a metal reel AND crank handle.

This pressure washer replaced a Karcher has model with a Honda motor. I was a bit skeptical that it would measure up, but it is great!! So easy to set up and to use. The instant on when you pull the trigger, rather than a gas engine constantly running is a pleasure itself, but this unit is powerful! I did add some quick hose connects which makes swapping things super easy. The price was amazing and for 1/4 of what a contractor would charge for the same job, I have a machine that’s easy to use and does a great job!

I used this product to clean grime off a white plastic border fence and to remove green algae from a metal shed and from a large area of siding on my home! It did a great job and was easy to put together and change washer heads! Light weight enough to easily roll and lift when needed. My only complaint would be the hose roller doesn't work very well, the hose handle looks like it will break off under any real torque and there are no hooks for storing the electric cord!

This product works, maybe not as powerful as expected. The hose spool is great in theory, and works reasonably well, except I cut my thumb on the plastic. Even with the additional turbo nozzle, it still seems a bit under powered. Maybe the surface cleaner would help save some time?
