Stopped working after about 5 hours of use

After using the spx3001 off and on for about 5 hours, the pressure washer failed. It started spraying and then stopping, and repeating this endlessly. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT. It is not an inexpensive power washer and obviously poorly made. Don't waste you money on this piece of crap. I would never buy another SunJoe product.

Reel broke but didn't really matter because it was too hard to actually use. Leaks pretty bad and has to continually repressurize without spraying. Had to return the first one I ordered because it was broken.

The pressure washer did a good job, however used twice since new and the hose blew out. Sun Joe said it's normal wear and tear. So much for a warranty?

Works great but the back tank for chemicals failed

Arrived well and easy to set up…,my mail use is for power washing a converted patio for a dog side yard, with K9 grass, a deep synthetic grass with draining meant to be ideal for dog runs and dog specific play area where the SunJoe should shine. I needed to add dog pee and poop commercial enzyme killers to neutralize the bacteria smell. Sadly, the side extra chemical tank would not pump after 3 uses
