I read a lot of reviews and watched numerous YouTube videos before purchasing this power washer. First, I'm going to address a couple of complaints that I read about before my purchase: #1, "The hose reel doesn't work well." Well, that's nonsense. I love the hose reel! I even attached the Sun Joe SPX-25HD 25’ Universal Heavy-Duty Pressure Washer Extension Hose to the onboard hose, and leave it attached when I reel all 45' of the extended hose back up. #2, "The unit leaks where the garden hose attaches." Mine doesn't. Maybe that was a problem in the past, but I'm not sure. Basically, this electric power washer rocks! It's perfect for keeping my vehicles and siding clean. I really like the way the spray nozzles attach to the wand, and also how easy they are to remove. This model also has plenty of power to perform other types of jobs around your home. I love it!

I am giving this 4 stars only for one reason The hose is only 20 ft I wish it was longer. I have a gas powered washer for heavy duty stuff but this power washer is perfect for cleaning windows, gutters,cars and light cement cleaning and whatever else u can think of set up was super easy... took about 3 minutes to put together
