Greetings! I am just now opening and using my new laptop and I love that it has a full keyboard. In addition, it comes with a free trial of Microsoft Office for a year. The price point is good and the set-up is a breeze. It is a good laptop for the basic essential needs of an individual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty Disappointed

I purchased this unit because my 15 year old Asus laptop seems slow. The new machine is not as good. The warranty registration was dated incorrectly and the robot helpers are terrible to work with. Not satisfied at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I havent used a computer in about 10 years.I am not tech savy and the prompts have helped me navigate through the computer.This is definitely worth the cost worthy price.

New Family Computer

I bought this model on Black Friday and got a great deal. We needed a new family computer and this has been exactly what we wanted. Pay bills, online shopping, downloaded a few docs and photos. All around great computer for the price.
