Not so good

The phone looks good, feels good and has good weight. The Bluetooth would randomly disconnect. The phone would reset itself now and again for no apparent reason. After sitting idle for awhile the apps would freeze and take some time to open. The fingerprint sensor, horrible especially with a screen protector. I am returning the phone because I am so disappointed
Google asked me for a review. Here's my feedback.Decent battery life.I knew what I was buying, but shortfalls are annoying every day.Very heavyNo rear fingerprint sensor. When pin keypad pops up, screen fingerprint sensor is not available. No headphone jack.Over-hyped camera. Look at camera comparisons on youtube. 5a is usually just as good; sometimes better. No face unlockProblems getting monthly security updates (December). No acceptable solution supporting both wireless charging and car mount.Pixel has been a disappointment year after year.Overall, I feel the 5a is probably the best Pixel device available.
I love this phone. There is so much to learn on how to use it and take advantage of all the features. I do not like the fingerprint unlock as it does not work well. My solution is to add a new fingerprint and use the same finger. This gives the sensor more chance to recognize your finger. There is so much good and very little bad.
So far so good. I don't like that you can't do face recognition to unlock the home screen. My pixel 4 had that. It's also quite a bit bigger and heavier when compared side by side.
I upgraded from the pixel 5a - fingerprint reader is a major frustration compared to the 5a with immediate fingerprint reader. Also this phone weighs a ton in comparison. Otherwise the upgraded processor and everything else is excellent and worth the upgrade. Just need to get used to the weight and also erratic unlocking process.
Phone is solid at everything I have done so far. Fingerprint scanner might be the worst thing, but just add your finger several times at all angles and it works pretty darn nicely. There is a problem with playing hi def music from certain apps but that is a software issue that will be resolved by devs on both sides.
I love my pixel 6. I previously had the 3a. The 3a was an amazing phone. When I first saw the the pixel 6, I thought it would be a perfect upgrade since my 3a lease was up. So glad I made the upgrade! The camera is awesome and the phone speaker is amazing for a phone. The pixel 6 is very compatible for everything I do, especially since my school uses Google Classroom and other Google applications. The Google Pixel 6 holds up nicely to the more expensive Samsung and Apple phones.
Very difficult to use this phone. It's hard to navigate to the different areas. I have to repeatedly get online on my computer to download instructions. I still haven't figured out how to move things around to my home screen and I accidentally activated Google Assistant which basically froze my phone so I wasn't able to make a receive phone calls or do anything. It just echoed back whatever I said. I had to get online on my computer to deactivate assistant. Right now it's a nightmare of a phone. It is definitely not user friendly at this point. I wish I had my old OnePlus phone back.
