It's OK, but still figuring it out

I liked my Pixel 2 better, but was forced to upgrade due to 5G requirements. Sometimes the buttons don't respond when I try to dial or answer the phone. Not sure if it is a hardware or user issue. It's also heavier and out of balance. It seems to fall easier from uneven surfaces. The photos also seem not as sharp as the Pixel 2...did I say I liked it better? :D
The sound quality of the base pixel 6 i own is okay at best. It lacks punch and falls way behind my last phone. The fingerprint scanner is a pain that i have to deal with everyday. Out of everything, this is the biggest complaint because you interact with it every 2 mins, and it's really frustrating. Everything else about the pixel my feels very Pixel, which is a good thing. But Google, get the basics right. It's 2022. There's no reason this fingerprint scanner should be this bad. The OnePlus 7 pro from 3 years ago MILES better than this scanner.
Absolutely no problems with the phone, however the ridges on the phone (specifically where the camera is) is super dangerous. The phone was sitting on my couch, where I happened to accidentally kneel on the bezel, around the camera. This took two big chunks of skin of skin off of my knee. A pretty deep wound, which I am still recovering from .Not sure why Google would design it this way
I love this phone! The camera is great (although not as good at getting action shots as my Pixel 4) and the overall phone is fantastic. It does have some bugs that need worked out however. This is pretty typical with Google when they launch a new phone but it can get really frustrating for those of us who get the phone soon after launch. For example, the finger print sensor isn't great, wont work at all with a screen protecter. I have also found that even when i disable the games room thing from being visible while I play games it still pops up.
I use my phone as a phone, maybe the camera and general internet stuff. Not a gamer. The phone itself is well made, the screen and display are amazing and the camera is the best camera on a smart phone that I have ever owned. 5G certainly makes a difference. Love Pixel Pass from Google Fi, it just makes sense. I will be a Pixel fan forever.
I love my Pixel 6, it was a great upgrade from my Pixel 3XL, it's a great phone, very reliable and I am happy to have this powerful phone at the palm of my hands. It takes great pictures, I couldn't afford the Pixel 6 Pro, otherwise I would've got that one, but I am happy with the Pixel 6. It's a great phone, it has Wifi6 and 5G, and the camera is really good.
The fingerprint recognition is on the front now and works only part of the time. (Former Google Pixel 3xl owner) The one on the back was better. For my dumb mobile games it's fine for about 30 min or less then freezes every single time. There is no way to "close tabs" of programs you have opened to make sure you aren't using too much to ram. The back button is basically swiping from the center of the screen to the side, often when you are trying to actually swipe it goes back. I had to freaking google how to "go back". Honestly I miss my Google 3xl, but there is no upgrading to slightly older and more well established technology if your phone literally dies.
