Would give it 5 stars but I can't. The fingerprint sensor is not that great, who wants to enter passwords for every app when you could easily scan a finger but with this phone the fingerprint sensor is so horrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this phone overall. The layout is amazing, the app integration is a major step for Android, and the battery life is incredible. The only bummer would be that the base model Google Pixel 6 doesn't have the best selfie camera for videoing. Selfie pictures are good, but the video part not so much. The selfie videoing has a weird grainy look to it, but besides that this phone is great I do recommend especially because it's a new phone and they will probably give it an update for this problem in the near future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

AS GOOD AS IT GETS FOR THIS PRICE!

Before buying the PIXEL 6, I did MUCH research, watching video after video and reading review after review and finally decided that with as many as there were of TOP TECH'S ALL AGREEING on YouTube, that for this price, NOBODY is beating the Google PIXEL 6! NOT very often in my life, can I say that I'm COMPLETELY SATISFIED with something, BUT THIS PHONE is AWESOME!!!! I've been using my PIXEL 6 for large portions of each day for weeks and weeks, and I can't find anything wrong with it EXCEPT, as most people ARE saying, the FINGERPRINT DETECTOR, NOT so good, BUT hopefully they'll come up with a software fix where that does better at reading your print, but that's about it as far as dissatisfaction, and I AM DEFINITELY GIVING IT 2 THUMBS UP and DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED IT!!!

Everything that I try to do with the phone works perfectly except for the security. I'm having trouble with the fingerprints and they really should have added the facial recognition instead....

Pixel 6 can be better

Fingerprint sensor can not detect, the weight of whole phone is too heavy. The speaker sound isn't good, especially at the low frequency band, no significant bass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Headphone Jack!

I love this phone. Probably the best I've ever owned. But boy oh boy, do I miss my headphone jack. All my best headphones are wired. And sound is usually better (with less latency) through wired headphones. I really hope future Pixels get it back. I get that I can get a dongle but the process is tedious and I can't charge my phone at the same time.

Love the phone. Just upgraded from the Pixel 3XL which I loved, and I am so happy with the new Pixel 6. Great design, nice to know it still has a way to go back even though it is not visible. Large screen, and awesome camera. The only thing that is an issue, and I wouldn't call it an issue is the fingerprint recognition doesn't always work that great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
