I don't like how fingerprint scanner never works, the battery drains faster than most of my previous phones, and I don't understand why photos are not riveting at all. This phone made me miss my old phone, which was not the intention.

I am still in the process of exploring the pixel 6. The phone is huge. The display is way bigger than my last phone. UI is clean and what is super clean about this phone is there are few nonsense apps that you cannot delete. I have tested the camera but the option to take a photo in RAW
The new placement of the fingerprint is annoying af, it won't open if your fingers are too cold. The swipe up and hold motion to look at your open apps is quite tedious to get right, especially if you're trying to get to the entire app menu. I don't notice anything different about this phone vs the pixel 3.. but I haven't used the camera to take long distance photos yet so that may be good. Kind of regret not switching back to the iphone.

I'm not a huge phone guy or tech junkie. Had a Pixel 2 and Pixel 4a5g before the 6 and liked them both plenty. I really, really like the features on the 6 so far and I've barely gotten into it. HOWEVER one big problem is connecting to the T-Mobile network. When I leave a coverage area for awhile and get back into a covered area the Pixel 6 does not reconnect to the network. I have to toggle airplane mode and then wait a few minutes. Not the end of the world but pretty weird for a top tier phone! Maybe it's the network, I dunno. Would have given it 5 stars if not for this issue.
Only gripe is the step back with the finger scanner

I really enjoy this phone. The screen looks crisp, I like the updated camera, battery life is good. I think moving the scanner from the back was an error. The finger scanner on the screen seems to have a harder time picking up my fingerprint. When trying to use my front facing finger print scanner the screen sometimes gets stuck on the pin pad so I have to either input pin or shut the screen off before I can continue with my finger.
I'll start out by saying that Google has made the transfer of one phone to another seamless (at least for pixel to pixel), but I wish I would have kept my Pixel3.My issues with this phone are:- The 6is way heavier than the 3, even if you account for the size difference. - The Fingerprint scanner is awful! It's slow and reads inconsistently. I can probably open my phone on the first try about 70% of the time. - The volume doesn't always work...I try to turn it down or up and no change. A restart seems to fix it, but come on...- Sometimes the keyboard doesn't appear when starting or responding to a text.My 3 was half the price and worked without any issues for over 3 years, so I was excited to get the 6, but I'm disappointed.
