Phone is great, but camera adds way too much sharpness to images afterwards. Would also prefer if there was a smaller version of the Pixel 6 - but went for it anyway as have always loved Google Phones.
Worst phone I've ever had. Sorry I bought it.horable very bad should have brought something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone is the best phone of 2021 and 2022 in my opinion. Some people are impressed with phones that have too many features that doesn’t justify the price. I like the Pixel 6 price, features, form factor, and new operating system(O.S.). I have the iPhone 13 pro, Microsoft Duo, and the Samsung Fold 2 while I am trying out the Pixel 6. I have been a hybrid(Android/Apple)user for years now. I use each operating system in a different way. For Android I use it for the customization, work productivity on the go, social media, school, camera, video meetings, and the open source that it gives me. For iOS I use it for social media, camera, iMessage, air drop, Apple Pay, and a few other things. Before the Pixel 6 I had the Pixel 4XL best device until now. You have to try it to know if it will match your needs and wants in a device. Please ignore these YouTube influencers because I have seen so many people purchase a phone base on other people needs and wants.
I like the physical design of the phone. The color combination (pinkish orange) is unique and eye catching. It's a very slippery device to hold though. Battery life is great. Software is mostly good except for a few things I'm noticing. The phone migration process could be smoother (many settings are lost during the process). Some things like the weather widget don't update automatically. And my biggest gripe by far is the fingerprint reader not being reliable or fast. I wish it had a face scan to unlock. These things might get improved with software updates so I still recommend it.
The camera is great, the battery lasts for two days easily, and the experience is smooth and everything I've come to expect from Pixel. Switching phones was quick and painless, and trading in my old phone couldn't have been easier. All that being said, while I love my phone, the one issue I am having is the fingerprint reader, which is still spotty, even with sensitivity turned up. I have to say, I was a fan of the reader on the reverse. But that is my only issue.
This phone is very easy to use. It has more features than any of the Samsung Galaxies I've owned. I've had it for a couple weeks and am very happy with it.
I bought a regular Pixel 6. Device is fine for the price, but isn't worth a penny more. Battery life is good, and the dictation works pretty well but does miss sometimes. I think the camera is the biggest let down. The depth of field leaves something to be desired. I thought this was the year Google knocked it out of the park, but like I hope every year, maybe next year they will get it right...

- Bad hardware quality- Issues with Gyroscope and Compass- on-screen fingerprint sensor is very laggy and doesn't work most of the time- Not much size difference between 6 and 6 Pro. Prefer to have a smaller size flagship phone- Battery life not that great compared to iphone and Samsung
