The major problem is the fingerprint sensor isn't working smoothly. Should also add facial recognition for security authorization. Anroid 12 is annoying. A lot of little things such as 1.cannot customize the huge ugly clock on lockscreen2. cannot set your wallpaper to be a still photo, at a glance should have more customizability 3.no general notification settings (only in apps)4. bluetooth in quick notification should have the > arrow like wifi/device control does5. when swiping up for multitasking, the clear all apps button should be on right side instead of needing to scroll left 6. When the screen lock PIN is prompted, should be able to go back by swiping down instead of left7. notification dots doesn't show how many notfication for the apps8. add customizabilty for holding down the power button to intiate other action such as screenshot instead of only google assistant
I returned it and bought the 5a because the fingerprint sensor is either slow to react, takes multiple attempts to work, or doesn't function at all. Had the potential of being great if you would have left the sensor on the back of the phone.

Purchased phone to be in the google family, primarily for Photos and Camera. My challenges have been learning how to use it's features and finding/understanding the instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this phone. The 4 always worked well for me with international travel so with it being time for a new phone the Pixel 6 was the first choice. Clearly Google has listened to customers in the improvements they've implemented into the 6. Nice work folks!
The fingerprint does not work. It's slower than my Pixel 5a was. I cannot understand why the upgrades were actually "downgrades". It gets extremely warm while charging. So far, I wish I would have kept my Pixel 5a.

I am part of the first net network and when buying from the Google store the phone comes with below average hardware that is not compatible with the network

The US unlocked Pixel 6 works on all major carrier networks. Contact your carrier for details and see g.co/pixel/networkinfo for more information.
Overall the phone works pretty well, picture qualities are great for the amount you pay for the phone. However, my major complain is going to be with the fingerprint feature. There times where it doesn't even want to unlock the phone using your fingerprint and when it does it doesn't unlock it as quickly as those phones with the fingerprint feature on the back. I honestly stop using the fingerprint option to unlock my phone and use the PIN instead.
