Very disappointed

The RAM and memory are perfect. the phone is very bulk, and it gets worse with an Outter box case. I didn't do any research on this phone and went into the store and purchased it blindly. From day one the phone had MAJOR bugs. The charging port giving an error message, ghost calling, finger print analysis, default ring is set to nothing so I missed tons of important calls. After the update all but one thing was fixed, the ghost calling and Bluetooth syncing through my Android auto. The sound doesn't play through my speakers, unless I'm on a phone call. These issues are annoying, but I'm hoping it gets fixed very soon.

Most definitely an upgrade.

Jumped from a Pixel 5 5g to this guy and getting the phone from the Google store was a bit troublesome, compared to years past.As far as hardware, and software, it's the best device running Android 12, no doubt. Had some playtime with the 12 beta on my P5 for a few months so I was ready for the jump. The price for this device is perfect, almost a steal. 5 years of monthly security updates and 3 years of OS updates makes it.. really the Dream Google phone in my humble opinion.Coming from a Nexus guy- that says alot.

Almost perfect

I've had the Pixel 6 for a little over a week now. I'm very happy with it overall. However, the fingerprint sensor is a bit temperamental, only working on the first attempt about half the time. About another 40% of the time I have to make multiple attempts, and 10% of the time I have to abandon the fingerprint altogether and use my pin. That being said, I still prefer this fingerprint sensor to the one on the Pixel 5, as my finger would get too close to the sensor, unlock the phone, and I would unwittingly rearrange or remove items from my home screen. The only other item of note is the size difference between the 5 and 6. I didn't really pay attention to the dimensions when I purchased it (my fault), but the 6 is significantly larger than the 5. If you have smaller hands, one hand operation will take some getting used to.

Almost Perfect

This phone is almost perfect. The display and performance are great. It could be better in a few areas. First the cellular connection could be better. To be fair, I don't know if this is an issue with the phone or the carrier. I noticed the 5G signal strength is weak and the signal strength in general seems to range greatly. However, I haven't noticed any issues getting calls, just with using the Internet. The other issue is with the Bluetooth connectivity and specifically the interaction with my hearing-aids. The connection will transfer seamlessly between the hearing-aids an my vehicle, but when it transfers back the connection is bad. So I end up having to reboot the phone and/or manually disconnect/reconnect the hearing aids. Lastly, I'm not a fan of the way you have to go about finding all the phone settings. They seem to be all over the place and not where I think they should be located. I know, more of an issue with the OS than the phone, but still.

Best Pixel Yet By Far!!

Big improvement over the Pixel 5. Just the right size for my hand. So glad I upgraded. Go for an unlocked one. Pure Android without Samsung, OnePlus, or carrier garbage. Only slight gripe is the fingerprint reader could use a little tweak. Absolutely no competition at this price point.

Should work better

This phone should work a lot better than it does. I already returned the Pro and got the regular 6 and I'm having some of the same issues. I can't have both the Google assistant and voice recognition on texts because of the Google app. It's weird and frustrating. I've talked to Google 3 times and they basically just told me I have to wait for an update to fix the issue. Hearing that was incredibly disappointing for how excited I was for this phone.

It's an ok phone with a decent battery

Speaker and earpiece volume is kind of low, it is a Google phone, that has built in Google assistant, yet I see no option to be able to say, "hey Google" followed by whatever you wanted to search and the phone Google's it for you. My lg g8 thinq did that, and I don't think that was a good phone next to the likes of my Motorola droid turbo 2 I had before it. I do like how you can just touch the side of the screen to go back. Camera is pretty decent, but it's no note 20 ultra camera, you also have to enhance most pictures it takes to get them back to the quality of before it was saved.

Love it

I've been primarily a apple user for years, and got tired of how the os ran. So I took a risk and got the 6. I'm in love with this phone. The camera is amazing, and it runs so smooth. Speakers are great and video is good also. Would highly recommend
