pixel 6 has very nice design. the screen is great and smooth. the battery life is ok. the camera is good but i havent have the time to explore other features in the camera itself.compared to other phone in the same price range of 600. pixel 6 is the winner for me.
I wanted this phone to be great and it's just not.

I've had the pixel, and 3a and was really excited for the 6. I've had it for a little over a week and I'm sad to say it's leting me down. The battery life is about the same as the 3a at the end of life which is disappointing, the thumb print scanner barely works, I would say about 60% of the time and not at all if a screen protector is added. I had to remove the screen protector to use it. It also seems to get very hot when streaming any kind of video, even for a short period. I'm actually considering returning it and going with the 5a instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was waiting for months for the phone to come out and I was very disappointed with the pixel 6. The phone keeps dropping calls even though I am in regions where I am getting 5G signals. Initially the fingerprint scanner was horrible but it has gotten better since the last update. I hope Google fixes these issues then I will update my review accordingly.

this is a great phone if you're into photography. if you don't take a lot of photos, the hump on the back is kind of awkward. I prefer a more simpler phone. I hope a 6a version comes out soon without the fancy camera hump. Android 12 is fantastic. The new processor is quick and graphics look great. giving it a 4 out of 5 because of the camera hump.
No problems with this phone, I see the posts about the finger print sensor yes it's not as fast but works perfectly fine does what it needs to do no complaints.
Like all new phones, it took me a while to get used to the different features. The most difficult was going from the back fingerprint sensor to the front. It also seems like the various swipes are very sensitive - again just a matter of getting used to it. Lately I got my spouse a Pixel 4A and sometimes both respond to a voice command at the same time, like if we are in the car together. It's amusing now but it may become irritating in the future. I am disappointed that the 3.5mm port is gone, but I can use Bluetooth or USB-C headphones. Picture quality is superb, connections work well, had a bit of difficulty pairing with my car. Overall it is a great value.
