I am still learning to navigate my new phone. I love the camera on this phone; it takes great photos! I also love the larger size for my older eyes. I wish I had had more direct information about how to download apps like facebook, etc. because I made a few tough errors when trying to first use it.
Has some nice features but the fingerprint sensor still often requires multiple attempts to work. I haven't had problems with dropped calls, but since the January update have started to intermittently have a long loud tone suddenly replace the voice on the other end of the phone. Fixed by callback, but so annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using my pixel as my primary phone for about two weeks now, and it's doing great! I commute 2hrs per day, and the gps is super quick, but it does heat the phone up quite a bit. Sometimes the Bluetooth lags, but works better after forgetting then re-adding the device. The transitions between screens can be tricky to get used to, but are smooth. The camera is awesome, but really lightens up daytime photos (a bit to much imo). Overall it's a great phone, and I'm excited to use it everyday :)
Working well although I am not tech savvy so the learning curve has been very steep for me. Generally I am very happy with it. The speaker is poor and I had problems with the sound breaking up when talking. However, I seem to have been able to fix this problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So I recently switched from Samsung to the pixel. Overall the switching process went kinda smooth, few passwords didn't switch. Then had a minor issue with the virtual sim card. TMobile fixed that. So far I enjoy it, smooth interface, assistant is cool with the screener, camera is amazing. No complaints
Granted a new phone is always nice to get, but when you have had another brand of phone, a LG V20, for quite a few years now, some ways of doing things with the phone have become almost automatic and some of the apps you have installed to help make the old phone perform to your liking have made using the phone almost a thoughtless experience. The Pixel 6 has its own way of doing things. When trying to figure out just how to get things done the way you were used to, even searching the internet for helpful suggestions, has been a time consuming and frustrating experience. It will probably take me quite a while to become as proficient with the Pixel 6 as I was with the LG V20 but I hope as time goes by the learning curve will be less and less frustrating.I am looking forward to learning how to navigate the ins and outs of the Pixel 6 and Android 12 and expect when I become a bit more proficient my rating would be more on the order of 5 Stars.

The phone works very well all around, my only real critique of the phone is that the fingerprint sensor can be a little buggy. I just swapped from iphone that had the facial recognition that worked well, so a bit of a step down there. Other than that the pixel has the hand up on iphone in just about every other category that I care about. Way more customizable, works with accessories that aren't within the apple ecosystem, and is significantly more affordable.
