To start you have to know... I Love this phone! The new design gives it an appeal that I have have not on a Google device since the first Nexus device. The features are what you can expect from Google and the colors are an exquisite option that can make you stand out from the crowd. In all this is a well rounded device, except... this has got to be the slipperiest device I have ever owned. You will NEED a case for this device, even if you don't want to hide the amazing shades it brings.
I recently purchased the pixel 6 and so far, I want to go back to my pixel 3xl. To start , The finger print lock option is horrible. I have only been able to use it, at most, 4 times since the day of purchase. (About a week ago) Cameras, my picture quality has been horrible, my pixel 3xl took clear pictures, not blurry like this phone has been. My backed up photos and videos are blurry and low quality on this new pixel. I absolutely know I took the downgrade, even though it was the "upgrade".
The Pixel 5A is a better phone. The Pixel 6 fingerprint unlock is awkward and doesn't always work since its on the front of the phone. The gigantic camera bulge on the back is a horrible design. Sorry I bought the Pixel 6
I love everything about this phone so far. My one issue is that the fingerprint access is not always consistent. Sometimes it works perfectly and other times it drives me crazy because it won't work at all.
