Great phone, room for improvement

As a 4 time Pixel owner, this is definitely the best Pixel that I've owned. However, there is still plenty of room for improvement. I love how smart the phone is and everything that Google Assistant can do. For improvement, there has been a lot of bugs in the software and the fingerprint reader could be better. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but I do hope Google addresses all of the software bugs quickly.

Not disappointed

Precious to this phone I had a NEXUS 5 and 5X before jumping to the Pixel 2XL and soon after the 3XL. I've been holding out for the right one to upgrade to when the Pixel 5 actually won me over in it's simplified design. That model quickly got sidelined by the 5A and soon that was the only option to purchase. I figured I could go with an "A" model.....or I could go with the newest gen flagship and get the 6 Pro. Once I saw the large scale size and the silver bezels I figured I'd stick with the matte border finish and small but still large sized version. It delivers and I'm not mad at all. I love it. Stormy Black looks great! Performance with latest update is a huge improvement as well. I can not complain. Google has extended my Pixel satisfaction. Next is the Pixel watch. Can't wait!!!!

My 3rd Google phone and the best one yet BUT the software Bugs are driving me crazy! Design and materials are excellent specially the front and rear glass. Sea foam green in a clear case is a beauty! Pixel cameras are the best in class IMO and the main reason I stick with them. I couldn't personally justify a 6Pro so no telephoto lens for me but the new features make this camera good as any out there. I prefer the wider screen ratio of my old Pixel 3aXL but this is a much better display and it is easier to one hand hold and pocket the Pixel 6. Android 12 is awesome and just keeps improving too. BUT now for the bad! The fingerprint sensor is a travesty and having the 1st thing you do every time you pick up your phone be annoying is inexcusable. If this isn't software and doesn't get fixed it'll be a disaster. Also numerous Bugs going on for in App info temporarily disappearing, notification shade and browser lockups etc all needing a refresh or restart. Great phone but FIX IT!

I love the performance, camera, display, haptics, and design!! Also the AI/ML is fantastic! I just wish that they would have use a 3D Sonic sensor.

Missing the back-side fingerprint scanner

Software seems okay so far, and it seems to operate well. But I wish Google didn't change to an in screen fingerprint scanner... The other worked so well, why change it? After trouble shooting, the current finger print scanner still doesn't work well for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fingerprint sensor is pretty bad

Other than the fingerprint sensor being pretty much useless, I like the phone.
