Great Camera

The camera features are great ! Best I have seen. The actual functioning of the phone is a pain, swiping the screen to go back instead of the back button like the past Pixel is not fun. Keep closing out the screen instead of just going back a page !! The front on screen finger reader is hard to open phone, does not read well.
Coming in at just 599, this is a NO BRAINER. Amazing cameras which easily complete with other flagships Incredible look and feel (subjective) All-day battery life! Don’t forget, it takes a few days for the phone to “learn” how you use the phone! Don’t be shocked if the first couple days the battery is bad. It’ll get better. The speakers are fantastic, the vibrating motor is top notch! You’ll also get googles next gen voice typing and other things such as the new Magic Eraser. 10/10
When I first got the phone it was working fine. Then within a week it was very buggy and quit charging with anything other than the Pixel 6 charger. I've tried every phone cable to charge in my car and it will not charge from there. The Bluetooth connectivity with the car is intermittent and cuts you off constantly. The screen freezes and the screen navigation becomes inoperable. When you clear open apps it freezes for a few seconds. It is not compatible with Toyota multimedia systems.
I was super excited to get my Pixel 6. Good battery, great camera, and fast Android updates? Sign me up.That was, until I got my Pixel 6 in had. Immediately I noticed at any angle other than dead on, the screen has very noticeable pink/green bands. I tried to get used to it or ignore it, but I couldn't look past it. I got a replacement device and it has the same issue. There is post after post of other users having the same problem on their original phones, and all of the replacement devices they've gotten. If you either don't notice this horrid screen quality, or just don't care that the one part of the phone that you look at every time you use it is extremely cheap (and I mean cheap, not just cheap-er. It's a flat out cheap budget level OLED panel) then everything else is great about this phone.Once again, Google releases an almost perfect device, with a major hardware failure. I really really wanted to love it, but the screen makes this phone unusable for me.
Finger print scanner does not work 9/10 times. Do all the suggestions, and make sure you are on the latest patch, but it will not help. You will be stuck trying over and over, every time, for the fps to work and then you will be forced to put in your long security code.
Have owned my Pixel 6 for about a week now and so far I am very happy. I have previously owned the Pixel 1 and Pixel 3 and loved the design and quality. The Pixel 6 is no different and what might be the biggest incentive for me to stick with Pixel phones is the fact that the phones are first to receive new patches, updates, and Android OS versions. The display is large and vibrant. Sound is good - there is a small speaker on the top/front of the phone as well as on the bottom. Super responsive and the camera so far is great as well. Really I do not have any negatives so far other than I am just getting used to the size of a larger phone coming from the Pixel 3 but that won't take long.
