So far, so....ok.

The lack of an SD card slot is one of the largest cons for this phone. Between that the it constantly harassing me to pay for upgraded Google Photo, I'm only feeling so-so about this phone so far. I've used Samsung phones for the last decade and I'm trying to come around to this Pixel.
I didn't read the specs and thought it would be similar to the Pixel 5 but it's a little longer - nice surprise. It doesn't unlock in my pocket and basically out performs the 5 in every way! I do miss the finger on the back but overall very happy with the 6. Great job!
Phone as far as weight, is heavier to hold and uncomfortable. I should have gone with a simple phone as I do not use all of the apps and features this phone has. I am not a photographer, but do like to take pictures and was hoping this phone would improve the quality of the simple pics I take, it does not, the price is quite high and did not come with anything to charge it with, my old phone charger/cord is not compatible and the battery went dead before my new charger and cord that I had to order came. I really do miss the simpler times of a compact light weight phone that you could just use to just make calls.
I highly anticipated the Pixel 6 and was elated once I finally had got it they m through T Mobile. It only took me 2 days of using it to know I wanted to return it tho, sadly. My fingerprint scanner was abysmal for starters. I had my thumb print registered 5 times and the scanner would only unlock the phone half the time on my first attempts. Even when the scanner “worked” how I feel a top tier phone should, it still was slow to register my thumbprint. The battery isn’t all that great either, it would barely last me until day’s end. I love this phone’s design and once it’s unlocked you’ll experience the typical true android experience that pixel owners come to expect and love. However the issues I mentioned prior could not justify me keeping this phone. Perhaps Google still has bugs to work out and hopefully they do so. Until then I have to take my money elsewhere, which sucks because I really wanted to love this phone. Oh well, tho.
