I upgraded from my pixel 3 to the pixel 6. First off, the batter is amazing on the pixel 6. Over all the processor is great, very little to no load times. The selfie camera is in my opinion much lower quality than on the pixel 3. That could be user error. Also it could just need time to update and build patterns, but the voice to text doesn't seem to work as good as it used to. Over all glad I upgraded though.
I've had an XL, an 4XL, and this 6 and couldn't be happier. Due to circumstance was forced to have an S20FE and I was miserable, I've had many Samsung products and they're all great products but no comparison to my Pixels. I wouldn't have any other phone for any reason. U will not be disappointed with the Pixel 6, I L)VE this phone!!!
I've had the phone for about a month. My Pixel 2 XL had better standard features. Websites on Chrome do not display right. Text is all stretches out on some sites. Calendar functions differently...no longer can designate an entry as an alarm...alarm doesn't work..sound notifications are sporadic and the fingerprint to unlock the phone doesn't always recognize the fingerprint. Would take back the old phone in a heartbeat.
I purchased a new Pixel 6 after having a Pixel 2 for six years. I was hoping the quality would be as good as the old one and so far it is holding right up there and I'm sure will exceed the older version. I'm still learning all the newer quirks and traits of the Pixel 6 and am very happy so far. The transfer of data from the old phone was seamless and easy even for this 60 year old trucker. I'm sure anyone buying this phone will be pleased with it's performance.
Overall, great phone. Battery is good (easily all day), smooth, quick, camera is awesome and finally got the finger print scanner back that I really missed with the Pixel 4 XL. The quirks include the power button no longer being a power button and the finger print scanner is slow. Not crazy or anything but noticeable and annoying. Also I admittedly, am not a fan of the HUGE camera bump out. It's borderline ridiculous. But overall, I'm quite happy with it.
I'm not 100% loving the new way we have to close apps. The swipe back is convenientLived how easy it was to transfer all my stuff to this phone (went from pixel 3 to 6)
Coming from a pixel 5, I'm very happy with the weight and feel of my Pixel. 6. I think my only disappointment really is the fingerprint reader. Most the time it is pretty slow.
