The best dollar to quality phone I could hope for.

So my previous phone was a Pixel 2 XL. First, I'm super happy with the size. As a smaller stature person, I appreciate a big and beautiful screen, but I don't want the rest of my hand to suffer. This falls into the "just right" blend of size, beauty, and weight. The 90hz display is noticably smooth and amazing. The camera makes me feel like an almost professional photographer. While the magic erase is a pretty cool little tool, I've gotten used to setting up pretty great angles to creatively avoid obstacles. Though it's pretty accurate and handy for minor details that were previously overlooked.Room for improvement...I find the fingerprint sensor to be slower and slightly more irritating than the rear sensor of the Pixel 2 XL. Even after "training" my most used fingers twice, I still run into "not recognized" errors more often than if prefer to. Though the location of the 6 sensor is about equally as intuitive as the 2. Also, gestures within apps that rely on swiping side to side
I'm happy with most aspects of the phone but the display. There seems to be a bleed effect at the top of the screen. The upper right corner is also brighter which is most noticable with the gray colors that are everywhere in Android 12.
What can I say about the Pixel 6? It's exactly what I expected and more. I've been a loyal fan since Pixel 1 and waited a while to upgrade from my 3. This phone has a beautiful camera, great battery and just so smooth. I cannot rave enough about this phone.
It does what I need it to. It's bigger than I prefer, it's hard to find a USB C to A cable that lets me charge while using Android Auto on my head unit when I never had this issue on the 2, 3a, 4a, nor 5, the cell signal drops out, the in screen fingerprint reader is not as efficient nor reliable as the old behind the device physical one. I can't say I recommend this phone if older Pixel models are available, but if this is the only choice then whatever it does what it needs to, but it's not my favorite and I can't wait to trade it in or get rid of it for a 6a, 7, 7a or something that's not this phone.
Long time fan of the pixel series. Temporarily switched to a Samsung which I enjoyed, but didn't realize how much I missed not having bloat ware. Camera is amazing, talk to text is extremely spot on, and battery management is great.
The phone itself is fine and looks crisp enough, but the biometric verification is pretty abysmal. I have the same fingerprint logged 4 times in an attempt to make it read consistently and even then it sometimes fails. It seems like when the screen is on low brightness in the mornings it will fail as well. I have been locked out of biometrics a couple times and need to reenter my passwords which is not a quick task. If not for this finger print issue I would say the phone is a solid choice.
Pretty happy so far. Battery life is good. I'm not sure about the camera. I wish it had more options and the new Android is taking some getting used to. Google maps traffic it's impossible to see because the lines are so thin. In general I was wish it was more customizable.
I really like my pixel. There are just a couple quirks that I'm getting used to. Not being able to unlock my phone with my fingerprint EVERY single time is frustrating. I was hoping that the screen casting would include screen sharing by now. I kept my old LG just so I could screen share to my tvs. I am also getting used to the fact that I have to double tap the back, or home button to get it to register register most times. But i am still glad I got it. The camera is great and I expect great things from the rest of the phone.
