Great choice

Love everything about this phone! Cameras great, love that it has translate, operates super quick and seamlessly, very responsive! Only issue I've faced so far is that the fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to register or work too well. I've redone it multiple time and it still hasn't improved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing!

I've had a Pixel 4 for a few years and have been holding out for the release of the 6. Well worth the wait. This phone is fast, with an amazing screen and camera. Battery life is much better than my 4. This is everything I hoped for!

I upgraded from a pixel 3xl and I'm glad I did. Great materials built into the phone, but the only downside so far is that the phone is heavier than previous generations so I have to get use to the weight. Otherwise, great phone overall!

Mostly content, kinda disappointed

So far, I really like most things about this phone. I wish the phone wasn't quite so wide because I find it uncomfortable to hold. I wish the speaker at the bottom was also front facing. However, my largest gripe is the selfie camera. Switching from the Pixel 3 to the Pixel 6, I think the quality of the front camera has declined greatly. The Pixel 3 had far better image crispness which I am guessing was due to the auto focus. Selfie photos on the Pixel 6 which has fixed focus, are blurry and have lost their crisp detail. Even with the face retouching turned off, they look processed and too smoothed over to look real. I am really disappointed to have to accept a downgrade on the selfie camera when I expected it would improve with this new phone. I also really miss the option for wide angle selfies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hated it- Too Large

Phones just keep getting bigger. I want to be able to control my phone with one hand. I can't do that with Pixel 6. Also, coming from a Samsung- I couldn't figure out how to do anything on the phone. No virtual buttons anywhere. Everything is done with a swipe...and many different types of swipes. I had to return. I got tired of going to YouTube on my computer to try to figure out how to do things on the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

too many bugs

I've been buying Google phones since the t-mobile G1 through the Nexus phones and this is my third pixel model. however i can not recommend this phone. other than the phone which is awesome everything else is sub par. the finger print sensor is terrible.... it either takes multiple attempts to unlock. i have to repeatedly reset my network as it loses connectivity when switching between wifi and 5G. my microphone stopped working less than two months after having the phone. it gets stuck in driving mode even though I've stopped driving. i must reboot my phone several times a day just to see if performance improves. pretty awful experience all said.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
