Best Smartphone I've Ever Owned

The Google Pixel 6 is the perfect smartphone. It's smart, it has a premium design, an excellent camera, and runs like butter. Stock Android is the best on a Pixel phone. No bloatware (Samsung). I purchased this phone after selling my iPhone 12. I found the iPhone 12 to be a very capable device that works with a really nice camera but, it was boring! Also, you don't have as much freedom with iOS as you do with Android. The only benefit to having the iPhone were some of the apps. But, honestly, the wasn't an app I used exclusively on iPhone that I can't on Android. Also, The iPhone is too ecosystem-hungry. iMessage is a terrible form of communication for people who don't have iPhones. Also, typing on iPhone is a nightmare. Other than that, it was a good phone. However, having this Pixel 6 in my hands just feels like another level! So glad I made the switch!

This phone was recommended to me and it's great! Still getting around the new features but it's easy to use. I can now take great pictures! I would recommend the Pixel 6 phone.

Great phone bad finger print reader

Love the phone big screen bright and sharp. Love Android 12 on here and battery life is okay. The thing I am not a fan of is the fingerprint reader. It doesn't feel fast or snappy like everything else on the phone it's pretty sluggish and sometimes won't read your thumb so you have to place on their again 2-3 times. It almost feels like a downgrade from my pixel 3 and it's rear fingerprint reader which was for sure faster and more accurate. I'd enjoy a face unlock but just a faster fingerprint reader would keep me happy. Also this phone seems to lose my cell signal does not seem like a sim card issue because all I have to do is restart it or put it on airplane mode to get it to connect again not sure there is any rhyme or reason to it happening but just randomly it will say no service is available. Hope this is just a bug that can be fixed during the next update and not something I will need to have repaired on the phone. Love the phone and look forward to seeing some improvements.

My best phone so far.

This product is solid, and the processing speed is incredible. This is my first Pixel product. I used to own an LG ThinQ, and this phone is light years ahead of that. My reason for rating it 4 out of 5, is the fingerprint id problem, and disconnections while using Android Auto. Those issues have improved since the last system update, but still need some work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Never had google pixels so I'm still new getting used to closing out things on here n swipe.... Camera sweet with video stabilizer storage awesome.... Not sure of I'm a fan of no phone jack yet

Coming from Google pixel 3

I had the Google pixel 3 for 3 years and loved it. I felt like upgrading solely for the camera quality, which is great and does wonders. Always liked the set up of the Google pixel itself. I will say that I do miss the size of pixel3 and the fingerprint on the back side, but I will have to adjust. Currently only have a couple issues such as Bluetooth connection and fingerprint identification.

Good, but some things bother me

It's a huge upgrade from my S9, so I'm happy about that, but it's definitely not as customizable. I cannot change the size or look of my clock on my lock screen. I can't change the buttons (or swipe) around (I'm used to the back button being on the right). My list of apps HAVE to be in alphabetical order, which is super annoying. I'm not a fan of the circle design when you lump your apps together on your home screen, but it's not that big of a deal. I think the old Google pixel had the search bar NOT on your home screen, which was great. I think you had to swipe left and the search bar was at the top, but it's been so long ago that I could be wrong. (Before the update on the original Google pixel). I love Google and it's processing though. The camera is soooo nice. The editing tools are great too. Google's storage is awesome. I just wish there were more customizable options.

Coming from a pixel 4xl, I definitely miss the face unlock. This is made more important because the fingerprint scanner is not consistent. I didn't think it would be as bad as other reviewers had reported. I was wrong. I have registered the same thumb 5 times but it still doesn't work well. Otherwise, the phone works as it should.Honestly, I am underwhelmed. This experience has reinforced the fact that the latest and greatest android phone is marginally better than the previous 'flagship phone's.
