I knew I wanted to own this phone. The screen looked beautiful, the specs were just right, and the price was unmatched! I really liked it. Unfortunately coming from a Samsung this phone had some high expectations. The Google assistant is ok. But not amazing. I find myself having to speak at an higher volume when saying "hey Google." Its loud enough that I feel like a crazy person using this feature in a crowd. I just avoid it all together. The "routines" are also not a great feature. They require voice commands to activate or certain times. I wish they were based on location like the "Bixby routines." Now to the huge disappointments. The first one. The finger print sensor. Just wow. I wanted to return the phone primarily for this reason. It's bad, really bad. And the "update" they sent did nothing to reduce the problem. The second. The charging. This one truly boggles the mind how Google allowed this. Please read all the articles about it. Shame! 2 plus hrs to charge!!! SMH......

I'm coming from the pixel 4 XL and I love itAlthough i really really miss the face unlock feature this is a great snappy phone. Love the cameras. Except the front camera it needs to improve I take way more selfies than i thought. Other than that im enjoying this phone so far

It a good phone thus far but I have encountered a handful of bugs and/or flaws that are a little discouraging. This said I'd still recommend it because for the most part they can be fixed with software patches.

Pixel 6 Pro from S20 Ultra

Great camera, wonderful interface and I love the design. Build quality is strong and the speakers are great. Easy transition from other platforms - Samsung (personal) and iPhone (work). Screen and experience are wonderful. Used a lot of google products and apps and that's only gotten better. GREAT PHONE.Camera is so easy to use and produces great photo and video content. 100x zoom on a samsung is great in theory only. This phones camera is entirely useable. Battery is ok but trending better - still watching that.Biggest ding is my reception seems to be universally down a bar. That's a problem when we roadtrip but, new phone, let's see what unfolds in the coming weeks / months. If reception stays down, despite a better experience everywhere else, I'll likely be a one and done.Great effort from the Google Team and besides reception, I dont see how you could argue a top tier elsewhere is better and certainly not with the price difference.
