Superb Google phone

Absolutely the finest Pixel phone ever, and I've used quite a few (2XL, 4a, 4XL). Camera performance is stellar, the best so far in a Pixel. I have to knock off a star though due to the disappointing fingerprint sensor. Sadly it's temperamental and buggy, which is a shame. Not a deal breaker though. The other aspects of the phone more than make up for this setback. Still highly recommended,

i want to like it but...

huge screen is awesome. resolution in great. fingerprint sensor sucks.The Pixel 6 Pro has a large screen and no fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone so you have to reach far up on the large screen to pull down to check notifications. it's unfortunate this feature went away. the under-display sensor is not as fast or accurate at recognizing fingerprints and it's finicky.the one major con to the 6 Pro is the battery life. it seems like there should be better battery performance with a large battery, but it doesn't last a full day of heavy use. the Pixel 5 would barely squeak out a full day's use but it lasted all day. the Pixel 6 Pro falls far short of a full day. i guess this is the trade-off for a cheaper premium phone. i would have paid $100 more to get better battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buggy but overall great device

This Pixel 6 Pro is probably the most intuitive android device I've ever used. It's lightning fast with most everything but there are a few bugs and app crashes I've noticed since purchase. If all are fixed in future updates/patches this review will be upped to 5-stars.

Nice upgrade

It's a great upgrade from the pixel 2 I was using. Great camera and screen size. The rounded screen edges, slow fingerprint, and not being able to squeeze the sides for assistant are taking some getting used to. Overall happy with this phone.

Overall great other than the finger print reader

Like the title says, everything is great except the finger print reader. I think it neat that its into the screen but it's slow to read and unlock the phone. I came from a Pixel XL and the finger print reader on the back of it worked great, easy to access with you index or middle fingers if there clean and dry. On the 6 Pro it's slow to read your finger and unlock the phone. But it is nice to be able to unlock the phone when it's laying down with just a finger.Everything else about the phone is great, it's quick, responsive, 5G is quick too. camera takes great pictures in almost any condition (I'm still learning all the modes). Voice commands are quick. Battery life last a day easy if i don't spend hours watching video on in. It looks great without a case, but it like holding warm stick of butter and just asked to be dropped. So i got a case for it.
