Perfect except finger print sensor

I have been using a Pixel 2 XL until the 6 pro came out. None of the other pixels were a big enough upgrade. I own a bicycle shop and work on bikes all day, my hands change color consistently with grease and grime.The Pixel 2 XL sensor worked flawlessly every time no matter the cleanliness of my fingers.The Pixel 6 Pro, even after the mid November update to fix/improve the sensor is just bad. I received my phone after the update was available. I don't know how much worse it could have been. I use my phone all the time with customers, showing bike trails, showing bikes, etc. It's frustrating to try and show them and I try the finger print sensor multiple times and it fails 70% of the time. I know it's not because of my dirty/changing finger print cleanliness as other people have the same issue. Very frustrating. Once the phone is unlocked, other apps that use fingerprint to access work 95% of the time. Other than the fingerprint sensor, this phone is outstanding and worthy upgrade

Over all good phone . I just switch from Samsung to the pixel. Phone is on the heavy side, finger print reader seems pretty good. The antenna seems week low bars compared to other phones. But love the software, text to talk way better then old phones, gpay is fast .Camara is fast and clear. Battery life is adequate.

Great phone but not the best!

This phone is great. However, there are two important flaws with it. One is that the battery drains pretty fast and second that it takes a while to charge it back. I have also noticed a few pictures that were terrible while using night shot. In all truth, I haven't had too much time to play with the settings. Hopefully, some setting, other that the default will make it work better. I have had some instances of the phone over heating a bit, but not too serious. Other than that, its pretty smooth and nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced 15 years of Samsung

Does everything my Samsung did but better.if it lasts without mechanical failure unlike my last 2 galaxys, it's a no brainer,and I am not a big camera user!

Definitely improved over my 4XL. I like how smooth the software is with the processor. I always love to see Google uniform there hardware with software. Even the video quality has improved. Keep it up!

Pixel 6 gets hot. EVEN after upgrade. The major apps still freeze. The fingerprint reader is horrible. I miss my pixel 4.
