I enjoy my Google pixel 6 pro. Especially the front thumbprint. And camera has improved a lot.

So many issues. FFC is the worst I've ever used out of any smartphone in the last 5 years. Fingerprint sensor is dodgy, though software updates have improved it a bit. Tensor is crap. The phone is snappy, don't get me wrong, but they are using AI to compensate for crap hardware like the cameras. For a flagship phone, this is a joke. My Pixel XL gen 1 took better pictures.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am absolutely loving my Pixel 6 Pro. 6-8 hrs SOT, amazing screen quality, 5G service is awesome, and the voice typing is really nice. There are a lot of features I'm still getting used to, but the phone is simply breathtaking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hardware wise, I think this thing is perfect, I have no complaintsAndroid 12 still seems to have a few minor bugs, several of them were patched within a few days of shipping. All new software has growing pains

Pixel phones (and the Nexus phones prior) were always pretty good phones, but I've spent YEARS hoping for a true "flagship" device from Google... and the Pixel 6 Pro is it! The only thing that I really don't care for is how slippery it can be sure to the smooth glass back (it sure is pretty though!), but a matte case solved that problem. This phone does EVERYTHING that I throw at it, and the battery life and screen-on time is fantastic! The camera is great (what's new!?), and I love all of the Pixel 6-specific features. If you're thinking about it, you might as well just go for it: you WON'T be sorry! Highly recommend the Pro version if you can afford it.

Could have been the best

I've owned Pixel 1, 2, 3, and 5 so I was really excited about the 6 because of Google's own silicon and the triple camera system but I'm disappointed in the battery life of this phone. I thought and hoped that with Google making their own SOC like Apple, they'd be able to optimize the OS like how Apple does it but this phone runs warmer and battery drops faster than other phones. Everything else is great just this one complaint.

Good all around love the screen

Coming from a pixel 4xl the size wasn't a big deal. The thing I miss the most that surprises me is the squeezing the sides to get google to respond. I really never used face unlock so don't miss that. I do like the finger print sensor which is a new feature for me. I do love the screen. I haven't use the camera slot but the magic eraser is cool. Overall I feel good about the upgrade. I hope that the battery will hold up better than the issues I had with the 4xl.

Missing the old fingerprint reader

The phone is a treat, technically. Fast, pretty, and easy to use. The OS gets extra points for letting me reinstall the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen.Two complaints: 1. Major inconvenience is not only the loss of the fingerprint sensor on the back of my last phone (I'm upgrading from Pixel 2), but also the fact that the screen reader is not very accurate. Opening my screen is a hassle, which was never the case before when the sensor was on the back and didn't involve a screen.2. Minor design issue is the camera cutout on the screen. The hole is ugly and diminishes the look of the product significantly.Otherwise, though, I've been happy with it. Solid phone! Pictures look great. The feel is good. Happy to have moved over to it.
