Great Phone

This is my third pixel and I like it a lot. The design is very unique, nothing like it out there. The Android experience in my opinion is superior to iOS but that might be a matter of taste. This latest pixel has an awesome screen where everything looks very sharp. The camera is also great with lots of cool features - been having fun playing with it. Not to mention the price is very competitive.The curved edge also feels nice on your finger. The only negative in my opinion is the fingerprint sensor. I am not sure that's better than face unlock, unless you're always wearing a mask. Even setting up multiple of the same finger profiles was still not working perfectly. I ended up setting up smart unlock so that it's always unlocked when I'm at home. That made a big difference.

Everything is Great, Fingerprint Scanner Lacks a tiny bit

So I've seen a ton of reviews out there bashing the fingerprint scanner. While one out of ten times it has issues, I have no problem with that. And even on that 1 time it will work about the third scan. I'm coming from an S21 Ultra, and there are pros and cons comparing the cameras between the P6P and the S21U. P6P by far has the S21U beat on Low Light shots. But seem to be equal, on everything else picture wise but I would say the S21U edges it out just slightly. Screen wise, the S21U Beats the P6P hands over fist. But What I do like most about the P6P is the Simplicity Vanilla Android provides, and Bluetooth connection to my Motorcycle is ten times better and more reliable. For the Cost Id Highly Recommend this phone over the S21U to anyone that wasn't out for Picture Perfection. and wanted to save 400 dollars.

Inscreen fingerprint failed

I plan on retunr the phone and getting something non Pixel. The inscreen fingerprint rarely works. I have re-added my print multiple times and still no luck. Yes, I checked for all updates and am patched with Jan 5 2022 update. I had high hopes for the 6 Pro and am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second pixel. I had the pixel 3 XL for 4 years and it was amazing. Clarity with pictures the setup the easiness of working with the phone I couldn't go with anything else but another pixel. I've had my pixel 6 pro for one week and I love it. Amazing quality as before and I keep learning more and more of what this phone can do. I will enjoy working with this phone for the next few years.
