This phone is good. Not fantastic, or amazing, or the best. Just good. It's has it's issues which I'm sure every android phone does. But unfortunately the features on this phone don't outweigh the blinding issues for me. The fact that I can't cast to any device I want is my biggest issue. I used that feature a lot on my Samsung. Unfortunately Google has made it so you can only cast to a Chromecast device if you want to share your screen to a TV. There are other features that are also a bit glitchy. Don't get me wrong, I like the phone overall. But I do feel like Google could have put more effort into the functionality of their first flagship phone that is truly "their own".
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was really anticipating a great phone however was quite disappointed with the features and how everything actually worked. Does not charge as fast as they say and battery life not improved from pixel 4xl. The lack of face unlock is a big issue especially since the finger print unlock works poorly. Any screen cover you get has a noticeable thumbprint area which is annoying and take away from the appeal of the phone. Pictures quality is improved some which is the only reason i would keep the phone

Good camera. Ok everything else.

It's pretty big. I miss the 5's size. The optical camera zoom is nice. I wish there was a way to make wide angle the default when you open the camera app.The official case that I got doesn't feel worth the money and collects dust underneath, which is visible.

I have no idea how a phone can be released that can't even do basic texting. I loved my pixel 3. Regret the upgrade to 6.

Why are the speakers like that?

The speakers on the bottom is the literal worst my fingers rest there and muffles the sound!!!

Overall I love this phone much more than I liked my iPhone. There are two complaints; (1) battery life is horrible unless you use the Battery Saving feature. (2) There is no forward gesture in apps like Chrome...coming from and iPhone that has been very irritating.But, as I said, I love the phone...the gestures, the screen, the camera, etc.Overall happy I made the switch.
