The Pixel 6 pro is most definitely an improvement over the pixel. 5. But it still has a lot of bugs. And since buying my pixel 6 not even a month ago. I'm already on my third phone due to an overheating issue. A screen flickering issue and connectivity loss so far on my third device. I'm not really experiencing much issues but Wi-Fi dropping and the phone is still getting pretty hot. I came from an iPhone 12 pro Max which was a lot more solid than the pixel but I'm stuck with this phone now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slightly disappointed

Traded in my Samsung S21 5G. The design of the phone and camera is ok, as I am still learning Pixel Pro 6. I have two apps (that are important to me) not working and finding help has been difficult. The waze app with Android Auto now shows up blurry and missing a lot of the functions such as other users etc. The GPS speed is no longer present on the screen. The other issue I have is the Quicken app. I can no longer save a transaction on the app and must rely on cloud sync through my PC to update the app. Neither Quicken or waze support can offer any help. But other than that the phone is fast and functional. I am thinking maybe I should have upgraded to the Samsung S22 Plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this phone !

Fast response, loud and vibrant speakers on phone, beautiful pictures, this is my first Google pixel phone. I got the the pixel pro version. I like the bigger screen and It's not to big though. It's a bit on the heavy side but not annoyingly noticable in my pocket. The screen curves a bit on the side but not to an extreme or anything like that. The battery uses up like any normal phone. I wouldn't say the battery life is great but it's not bad either. You can use battery saver with different options to optimize your use. Great for blocking spam calls. It has the Google assistant to monitor and screen calls and even answer your phone. I can honestly this phone is fun and exciting to pick up after my old phone. Phones should be fun and make life easier. This one does the job!

Really nothing I can write here that I'm sure many haven't already said. Why have a beta version when without fail there is always issues with the "final" version ? Especially this many issues. Updates are the same. Issued/problems. Last issue with Android 11 update I couldn't use Bluetooth for almost a month. Really ? That's pretty basic. It gets really old. Spend all of this money and get a phone with so many issues. This is my third pixel. If it wasn't for Bixby, I would buy a Samsung phone. I came so close to buying an iPhone, for the first time ever. It may happen next time though.

This fingerprint sensor is useless

The phone is cool, almost cutting edge. The experience is constantly ruined with the fingerprint sensor not consistently working. This includes confirmations needed for in app actions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
