Great Phone

Excellent phone. Improves on the Pixel 4xl I upgraded from. Some minor things that are changes to the OS that are irritating, but not an issue.My one issue is that the wireless charger is slow when I have the Otterbox Defender Pro on (and I never remove it! Lol), but that's an issue of power from the qi standard and electromagnetic permiability of the case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs Expansion Card Slot

When done loading apps, and everything. I was down to under 30GB of storage. Which when I went to record video in 4K wasnt enough room and started losing videos. I really need the expansion card slot. So I returned it and kept my Note20 Ultra, which I felt shot video almost as good. BUT also has an expansion slot for my 1TB SD Card. It is a good phone for what it is, and for the price it's a great value. Being a Google Phone its not loaded with too much junk. Due to less bloatware ( my biggest pain point with Samsung phones ) the Android12 OS was clear and clean. Overall I really liked what I saw. For me the decision to go with 128GB of storage, and NO expansion was a deal breaker. If I didn't already have a Note20 Ultra I would have probably kept it as it's as good if not better than the S21 series for half the cost. If you do not record a lot of video on your phone or capture a lot of high res pictures, then this it is probably the phone for you.

There are several things I'm still getting used to, but it takes phenomenal pictures and the editing is smooth. I find the phone to be a little big

I miss- face recognition, big time, amplified by squirelly fingerprint swiping. Great screen, great battery, great camera, and fast. Nice phone, just getting into it after getting used to the Pixel 4 recognizing me is a bit of a pain. I recommend the phone as the strengths outweigh the weakness.

Had a Pixel 3. Had a great camera and worked fine but the battery was barely hanging on, so needed a new pixel.Pixel 6 is just what I wanted. Beautiful high quality photos, very intuitive, and most importantly helps my daily life by being a very functional, easy to use phone. So many small little things it does. Helpful reminders that predict what I need to use my phone for next in the day. Google assistant is highly advanced and I use it often. Dictation text is essential in saving time, especially at my profession. Shortcuts the phone has allows me to turn on my camera in a millisecond. Or turn my flashlight on with a quick two taps, no swiping on a screen necessary.Highly recommend over an iphone. The personalization of an Android is much more satisfying then cookie cutter iphones. Phones are supposed to be personalized and in tune with their user, which mine is.

Issues and positives

1. When turning on, camera crashes system and restarts. 2. Not all wallpapers are available. 3. Fingerprint works maybe 75% of the time. I turned on Smart Lock to bypass fingerprint. 4. Why so very slippery? More than my Pixel 3XLGreat screen. Responsive/fast.
