I was a tad hesitant based off a few reviews, but out of my personal experience it's a fantastic device. It was worth the long wait, and I can see myself using it for a long time. Have yet to have any issues.

Pretty good

I've been an Android guy for a long time. My past few phones have been Galaxy note and Galaxy plus series. I've always loved those phones, but I decided I wanted to try something new. The pixels awesome! So far. There are a few changes that I would make, like being able to hide the apps. When you swipe up having all the apps listed there and not being able to hide them is kind of annoying. Other than that, I've really been enjoying it so far. All the Google connectivity is amazing, I have had some issues with passwords being saved but other than that there's nothing to complain about. The ability for this phone to translate is amazing, it can even translate a photo of text. I'm excited to keep using this phone and I'm excited to keep learning about it. The fact that they're going to be many updates in the future excite me, as long as they listen to the feedback from their customers.

Quality, but lacking

So far the overall experience is good. Fast, no major issues besides the fingerprint reader just sucks. Would love face recognition to be a thing, because using the finger print scanner is straight garbage. Miss the old style back of phone scanner, that was the best design, really miss it.

Transition from iPhone took effort but is definitely worth it!

I worried that I would have difficulty saving my photos and other items on my iPhone, but I was able to save them in Google drive and all my apps transitioned over to my new Pixel. I had comments from other people who said I would not be happy after I'd had an iPhone for so long, but they were all wrong. There is no home button to click to get where I want to go. A single swipe in any direction leads me to any app that I want to view. If I get stuck or have a question, there are tips available right on my phone. The camera is exceptional. I've only had it for a few days, so I'm sure that the longer I have it the more wonderful things I'll have to say.

Snappy and Delightful

Pixel Pro is like a dream to use. The responsiveness, the fingerprint sensor, the lightweight and durable case-- that's what I look for in a phone. Then the cameras really make the price point worthwhile. Far superior to other Android phones, well worth the hype.

Almost great.

The camera is amazing, the phone is smooth and responsive, however, the Google Assistant, of all things, has not worked since I got the phone. It just crashes. Haven't found a solution to that yet. Other than that, it's an amazing phone.
