Christmas gift from my wife. Love the photos, the android 12, the looks, the ease of use. But it slipped out of my hand on my 3rd day. Explosion on bottom left corner,

Great When It Works But Half-Baked Overall

The sixth Google Pixel has so much potential, but it is, at its core, a half-baked release of what should be a stable and reliable product. PROS: Battery life is outstanding, the physical design of the device is sheik, and the camera functionality and performance are top-notch. CONS: The performance of the Android operating system is frustrating and dismal, which is both surprising and maddening given that this is the sixth generation of a pure-Android device from Google. My phone randomly restarts itself, erasing all notifications and alerts each time. The cause? Unknown. My phone randomly disconnects from my [very strong and fast] home WiFi, which interrupts connected apps. The cause? Unknown. Sometimes my phone indicates that it doesn't have a SIM card, when...clearly it does. Google should be embarrassed by its OS and the performance of what it dubs its "premium" pure-Android device. My advice: Avoid purchasing a Google Pixel 6 until the OS issues are fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone

I have to say this phone is great. I have had no issues with anything.It is the 6 pro and I got it from Play store. Maybe the issues other people are having is caused by carrier bloat ware and or sims.I am on TMobile and all is great.

Big upgrade from my 3a. The camera is flawless; Magic Eraser saves pictures. Big storage, long battery life, etc. Highly recommend.

No problems with my Pixel 6 Pro yet. It is larger than I am used to but still fits where I need it to. It is fast, takes great pictures, and looks great. The battery lasts easily all day and the fingerprint thing works well. Kudos, Google for making (or directing the making) a great phone.

I love the phone as I've been a Nexus/Pixel user since 2012. My only complaint is this phone is missing the 2 button/pill gesture that my Pixel 3 XL had access too.

Charges very slow, also has Bluetooth problems. Other than that its a good phone.
