Not what I expected

I've been a Google/Pixel fan since the first Nexus came out. I upgraded form the Pixel 4XL to the Pixel 6 Pro. I had high expectations, but this phone has failed me in ways I didn't think were possible: the camera is very inconsistent. I feel like the Pixel 4 takes way better pictures. I have calls that are "choppy", and my Bluetooth settings are sometimes not working great (connecting to my watch, car, etc.) I'm still a fan and hoping with the late January update things change.

Pixel Superfan back to a Pixel

I've had several Nexus and Pixel phones in the past. After the Pixel 3XL I switched to a Note 20 Ultra, however, I couldn't wait to get back to a Pixel. The Pixel 6 Pro is a powerhouse with such a smooth interface and overall user experience. Also, most importantly for me, the camera setup is amazing and lives up to the expectations. Thanks for delivering again, Google!!

Great phone, with issues.

Phone is speady, and responsive. The issue is the UI for a Samsung user moving to Pixel is a little problematic. Secure folder has to be accessed through the photo app. Should allow for a shortcut on the home screen. Apps are kept on an app screen. Should be an option to have all apps show up on the home screen, so that we can sort them into their own folders. Biggest problems so far is the lack of an equalizer and finicky fingerprint scanner. None of my music sounds right. Too much Treble, and not enough Bass. And the fingerprint scanner is a little finicky. Sometimes tapping the screen gets it to work.

Upgraded from the Pixel 2 XL

I never really cared to upgrade my phone to the latest model until I heard about the Pixel 6. The phone feels very premium and the display is amazing and smooth. The camera features are to die for as well as the magic eraser tool.

Love my new Pixel

I've only had this phone a couple of weeks but it definitely has out-performed my previous phone that I couldn't wait to replace. This was not my 1st choice but it was available asap and when I read positive reviews I went ahead and ordered it. It's very responsive, I love the color (sort of sunny), fingerprint sensor works every time, it remembers what I've done and makes suggestions, and I lot of features I haven't yet discovered. I'm extremely satisfied.

Very impressed.

As a dedicated Samsung smartphone user for nearly ten years, I was very comfortable with the progress from my earlier phones, to my most recent, the S10 plus. However I wanted something new, and different that would still check all the boxes when it comes to performance. The Google pixel phones had caught my interest since their launch, but I was afraid to take that leap. After taking that step and upgrading to the Google pixel 6 pro, let me just say that I have NOT been disappointed! This flagship has nearly everything you could want in a smartphone, and then some. From the first time I used it, I loved the haptics, and amazing screen! It is a bigger phone then I expected, which can make it a little awkward to hold with one hand. I also wasn't crazy about the camera design at first, but it has definitely grown on me. The adaptive battery is everything promised, as it only took a couple days to adapt to my usage. Overall incredible phone, and kudos to Google!!!

Big but worth it

I'm going to start by saying this is the largest phone I've ever owned and I have no intentions of buying one larger. That said it still fits in my pocket and isn't as big of an issue as I was expecting. The biggest problem is how slick it is I love it it looks amazing but it also slides off of **everything** If my case actually arrived I suspect this would be less of an issue but so far my case seems to have been lost in the either. The camera is amazing, as a darker-skinned guy I can totally tell the difference. Otherwise, it's an Android phone - it's fast and smooth and it looks amazing but it's an Android phone if you're already sold on Android this is the best one you can get. But the experience isn't that much different than from my 4a. I do feel like the hardware will last me for a while though.
