Lack of Sophistication

1. 5G connectivity issues. My data and cell service goes down at random times. Sometimes it shows no service. Sometimes it may look normal but no data and cell service.............2. There should be a simple button to close all apps when I am on switching app screen. Currently I have to go all the day left to find close all apps button. It is a pain when I have many apps open............3. Please give us more grids. More rows for sure. I like using widgets but they take up too much space at current grid options..........4. Is it possible to have folder options in all apps view? So I can organize it myself? It just looks so messy with all the apps just listed...........Phone itself is great. Camera is great. If all the things are addressed, it would be 5/5. With major issue to minor issues that lacks sophistication, I will rate it 3/5. Again, software update is desperately needed

Better phone than expected

Coming from a Samsung only guy to the pixel i must say that the pixel is a way better platform in my eyes. Yes it may not be as powerful in the bench mark but for what i use it to take pictures of my wonderful son and wife it puts the Samsung to shame. Google did well just has some bugs right now that I'm sure they will resolve with updates.

Really nice device with a few glitches

I have been waiting for this phone for almost 7 weeks.it finally gets here and they bug me about a review less than a week later. Setup was a chore, and doing simple pairing was difficult. Since setup, I have an issue 50% of my calls where it's autotuned to an 80's speak'n'spell. Also the underscreen fingerprint reader appears to be premature in launching.... I have to use a pin 75% of the time, at least. Screen is beautiful, camera bump is not an issue, once you install a case, and the tensor and mali are buttery smooth with anything I have thrown at them so far .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bluetooth issues hamper an otherwise fine phone

Had to enable developer options to disable a bluetooth setting so that I could play music through my bluetooth speakers and when connected to my car. Not a great experience for a flagship product.

Great with a few caveats

A great upgrade and it takes amazing photos when the camera works. The camera freezes up around 1 in 4 times I try to take a picture. Closing the camera, and restarting it seems to have worked for the most part. Sometimes I just have to wait a bit. It crashed very often the first few days I had it but it seems to be getting better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
