Battery Life/Charging Disappointing

The Pixel 6 Pro is a very solid phone with pretty solid performance. However, a few very glaring issues do exist, primarily with the battery performance. First off, the Pixel 6 Pro does not support anything that resembles quick charging at all. Charging the phone to 100%, even with a 30 Watt charger, takes at least 2 hours when the phone is powered on and below ~30% charge. My previous Moto phones all supported truly quick charging. What's worse is that the Pixel 6 Pro's battery that is rated at ~5000 mAh barely lasts a full 24 hours, while my Moto Z4 easily lasted 3-4 days when it was new. The battery performance is the biggest knock against a really nice phone, although another issue that may be more Android 12 related is that media audio seems to be aggregated with Bluetooth audio, which leads to undesired results when listening to music and playing games with ads at the same time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Big but not too big...and great

The phone itself is fairly large. It's right on the border of being too big but doesn't go over. The tensor chip runs it buttery smooth. The live translation is amazing. The camera..my lord the camera is out of this world. I'm still finding secrets out about this phone but I love it.

Phone of the year. This phone has it's issue, like every phone, but I enjoy using it. Came from the Apple ecosystem and glad I made the move.

Definitely think they've done the right thing with it. I'm not seeing the bugs everyone else is.. Guess I've been lucky. I never did receive the December patch though (Google Fi). I do wish the finger print sensor was a bit faster, but in hind sight, it is faster than putting in a pin. First phone I got had a section of the screen glitching. New one has been great. Glad I waited and got one.

Slippery in the Hands

My biggest complaint is how slippery the phone feels in my hand. Not sure why none of the phone designs add some grip along the edges. Yes, I do have a phone cover coming... But I shouldn't need or at least they should be sending one with the phone itself.Also, the gaming icon pops up easily when playing games, very annoying. And the biometric sensor is slow and takes a few times to work.

Nothing but issues from day one, it is the worst phone I've ever owned. It's not better then Samsung, which is what I came from. It drops calls, connection issues etc. Week of nightmare with this phone.
