A great phone

I am having so much fun with this phone and learning all it can do. My old Pixel 2 was a fine little phone, but after it was no longer supported and the battery wouldn't hold a charge, it was past time for a new phone. I got the Stormy Black Pixel 6 Pro 512 and the Android 12 OS and it is a phenomenal combination. I can't use up this battery. The camera system can do more than I know how to, and the voice and Google assistant control is amazing. Very happy camper!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Pixel Ever

I love the phone. It's the first time I've ever had anything other than a black phone and I love the white color. Even through the case, the color pops. I'm thinking about getting the Belroy leather case, but I would hate to lose the color. The camera is amazing, and magic eraser?! Wow. Friends are amazed when I show them. The speakers sound great, and the buttons on the phone are are crisp and clicky. I'm not going to go into detail about the software because even my Pixel 3XL was running Android 12. The software is great and runs flawlessly on the phone (256Gb model). I love the big bright screen, but I'm not sure if I can tell the difference between 60Hz and 120Hz when scrolling. The only thing it's missing is some type of face unlock. I also prefer the fingerprint sensor on the back as opposed to under the glass, but it works pretty well most of the time, so I can't complain that much. The battery lasts for hours even with pretty agressive usage. All in all, it's darn near perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Pixel 6 Pro!

Before having this phone I was using the iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I made the switch this phone is by far superior in my opinion and I love it and it does everything I want it to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Another great Google phone. Upgraded from a 3XL and have to say this is everything that is was advertised to be. No issues with the fingerprint scanner which I was concerned about. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent except the finger print scanner

I watched many reviews before ordering my phone and everyone was going on and on about the finger print scanner being bad. For some reason, I thought they were just splitting hairs. Now that I've had my phone for a few weeks, I can confirm that it is the only thing that bothers me about this phone. Other than that, coming from the Pixel 5, this one is faster, edits videos quicker, has wonderful haptics and is joy to use.

Weighty Disappointment

I bought the 6 Pro on the reviews of the camera, but I didn't expect it to be an unwieldy brick. The weight of the phone has caused numbness in my hand after normal use and the phones width makes one-handed thumb swiping almost impossible unless switched to the right hand keyboard that is does a poor job managing empty screen space. The fingerprint reader is horrendous. I've trained and retrained fingerprints, but it's rare for it to recognize me on the first attempt. There are often attempts that fail completely and I have to resort to pattern unlock. It also stopped functioning as a phone. After three days of use, the lower microphone stopped working completely. The improved camera resolution is ok, but I'm not impressed. The wide angle front facing camera was a nice addition, but overall I'm very disappointed.
