Big and heavy phone

Performance is good however, the 6 pro is really heavy compared to my Pixel 5 and 4 Xl. I was watching a video in the back yard for a few minuets and a warning pop up said the Pixel 6 Pro was getting warm. It was 75 degrees outside here in Florida. I never saw that warning with my other Pixel phones. That being said, it's fast and meets or exceeds the rest of my expectations. The display and sound quality are very good. I have the unlocked version so no bloatware and security updates are rolled out often and fast. Nice camera with many options and features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Pixel 6 Pro

This is my first Pixel. I previously had a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra. The first thing I noticed when I held a Pixel in my hand is that the software is super smooth compared to other manufacturers who utilize Android software. The software works seamlessly and like I said the software is very smooth to use, all the commands work flawlessly. Especially the text to speech technology which is important to me in my everyday usage. I would definitely like to see more customizable features in future updates to the phone. Like other manufacturers which create transparent colors for notification pans. The new material you features are very nice. Although I use my phone mostly in dark mode, you can still see the effects in dark mode as well. I hope this will not be my last pixel and hope that Google creates more great Pixel products in the future. Highly recommend the phone to anyone that has never had a Pixel and is thinking about purchasing a new phone.

I really am enjoying the Google Pixel 6 Pro. I had a pixel 2 previous to this so I am still getting use to some of the features but they come easily.

Screen broke with protector and case, no drop

Screen vulnerable, faulty design, or weak. Case, no drop... Crack. Battery doesn't last very long, similar to an old 4a5G (my pervious). Battery takes forever to charge, requires my highest wattage charger to get to 100% before eternity. I don't recommend.. YET. A fan of Pixels, I'm sure software issues will get mitigated. The screen, on the other hand....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What can I say? I love this device. It is so pretty I wish I could rock it without a case but for what I spent, I cannot risk it.

Functional great, but physically fragile

I've truly enjoyed using my Pixel 6 Pro over the past week- all of my apps and settings easily migrated to my new device. The size of the pro is perfect for my hands, and the quality of the camera (along with having night sight) is phenomenal. The phone is super top-heavy, making it easy to tip over if upright in your hands. The second day I had it, the phone tipped over onto tile (about a 4 inch drop) and cracked the top-left corner of the phone. It didn't help that the case I ordered hadn't been delivered yet. Now that I have a case, at least it covers the crack, I suppose.

The negative reviews were overblown. I'm very happy with this phone. I'm coming from Nokia, Samsung, Apple, and the pixel 4... In that order. And I would buy it again.
