Nice upgrade from Pixel 3 XL

This is the phone I've waited for and for the most part it does not disappoint. It's a great replacement from my former Pixel 3 XL (which was a nice phone too) except that the location tracking on the Pixel 6 is not as good as the Pixel 3. The Pixel 3 tracked well along the path I walk for sever years with only minor deviations. That route was 3 miles. On the same route, the Pixel 6 tracks in varying from 4 to 8 miles depending on how it feels that morning. In one case the track jetted straight across a nearby lake and back. Where our soccer field the Pixel 3 followed the path, the Pixel 6 shows numerous tracks across the field. Turning off WIFI location was no help. Turning off Enhanced Location (with the warning only GPS would be used) resulted in no GPS tracking at all. All this on the same tracking app as used on the Pixel 3. So that is not so good. Other features are too many to list. Recommend the Pixel 6? Yes from my Pixel 3. Glad for the upgrade. Check your own upgrade path.

Good but not great

Known issue with the finger print. I liked it better and seemed to work better on the back. I'm really not happy that google picture functionality doesn't work as it did on my old pixel. I can't get to the memories and I enjoyed that. I would have thought of the things that would work well it would be compatibility with other Google apps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, so good. The phone seems to be partially integrated with Chrome now, so the bundle makes sense. I could have waited to upgrade my phone, but having a newer model is fine.

Great phone and worthy successor or my Pixel 5.Will have to work / use / play with it, but I already like the generic performance improvement, like processor/speed, memory and screen.Realizing the size is as large as requested, I have to get a new carrying case and make sure I do not drop it when getting in or out of the car.The P5 was smaller and even that one I dropped some times just before closing the car door (being inside and the phone outside on the ground .. ).

Love pixel phones, love the google experience. pixel 6 pro is amazing. If i had one gripe its that I do wish there was a way to get this premium spec google phone in a slightly smaller size. this phone is almost impossible to use one handed which is not so important to most people but to me is kinda important.

Hardware is great, Android 12 is awful

Love the hardware. Camera is unparalleled. Android 12 is not a good OS. The gestures are unintuitive and fussy. What I really want is this phone and Android 10. :-/
