I enjoy the options to customize my launcher experience and how snappy the phone is performance-wise. Battery life is pretty decent. The in-display fingerprint reader works pretty well also. I only have two complaints. One the button placement as I preferred the volume buttons on one side and power on the other. Two is that it should be simpler to set it such that I don't have calls interrupt my audio unless it's someone in my contacts list. That's a big one for me.

Awesome phone and worth upgrade

I was iOS user from 8 years now. I must say my move to Google phone is worth and I think why I waited for 8 years to do so. May be was waiting for flagship phone.

Rounded edges and battery life are awful

Honestly I was so ready to love this phone (pixel 6 pro). I've had 3 previous pixels, and consider myself a pixel for life user. I was super excited for the camera, and it is great.However, the rounded edges make this phone impossible for me to use. The way that the screen content appears on the sides is SO distracting, and side by side, it's actually less screen than the pixel 6. Battery life is also terrible.I'm trading mine in for a pixel 6, and hope that future pro versions of the pixel phones don't come with the rounded edges, or I'll have to switch away from pixel for good.I'm pretty bummed that I have to downgrade to the lesser camera (and it's a huge difference for distance zoom) but I just can't get over how awful and distracting the rounded edges are.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constant crashes when using the camera

Truly disappointing experience, the main feature of the phone is practically unusable. The phone constantly crashes when using the camera, following the usual remedies did not help (reset, etc), this came out like this out of the box.I'd rate the phone better if the cause of the crashes was something else, but this is truly disappointing at best to be told that it could take months for this bug to be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone, bugs need fixing.

Overall this is a wonderful phone, dare I say the best phone of this year. The screen is beautiful, the cameras are amazing, and the performance of the new Google Tensor is mindblowingly fast. Battery is also top notch on this phone. Only thing I can complain about is that the phone randomly switches 120Hz off at random and won't turn back on until I restart the phone. That can be fixed with an update however.
