Good but there's too many bugs

Wonderful phone, still needs improvement

Powerful. Stable. 5G. Great battery. Looks (mostly) great. Great camera!So what's not to like? 1. I'm not fond of the on-display unlock. I really prefer the rear button (think LG V30) for simplicity and discreet one-handed, not-gonna-drop-my-phone unlock.2. I want to be able to customize the bottom buttons. I don't like the new gestures. This should be easy to fix.3. The adaptive brightness is too dim for me over the entire range. At 65, I really need to be able to set the brightness range. This is simple to fix, but the 20- and 30-somethings making design choices aren't considering older users. This should be drop-dead-easy to fix.4. When reviewing apps/pages I've opened and are available to quickly access again, it's a delete all or nothing. We should be able to close individual apps/pages as was possible in Android 10.

Lots of issues

Finger print sensor is very spotty. Phone feels pretty bulky.And front camera is really bad for video calls. It zooms in a lot on WhatsApp calls.

A harmony of features

I love this phone.I have owned Samsung's for many years, and while there hardware is excellent, the software bloat has gotten ridiculous.I decided it was the time to shift to a purer form of android.What a relief.Nothing forced on me that I don't want.World class camera.Seamless integration into my Google centric world ( photos, drive, etc.)Yes, the battery is a bit slow to charge, but if this gives me better long term life, that's ok.Any one feature may be better on another device, but this blend of features feels really balanced, and very well thought out Love it !

Been a life long Samsung Droid user. After this I will never go back. So intuitive and battery is fantastic. Love this model. Going to a straight Droid experience is a game changer for sure.

I'm an apple head. I've always bought apple products. However, after having read a few online articles, I decided to buy a Google Pixel 6 Pro. It is the best phone that I've had. The camera's capabilities are stunning. The display is fantastic. I like the ease of the software.

Overall it is a fantastic device. It has a great screen/resolution, great construction and materials and the software is as expected. The camera is top notch. The battery life could be a bit better and I hope that the updates can improve that. The reliability of Google pushing updates is the main selling point of the phone or any Pixel device for me.
