Great phone

Made the jump from a Pixel 2 XL to the 6 pro. Very pleased so far, the device is faster and the battery really increased a lot. I still don't like the exterior material as it makes it super slippery so definitely buy a case. New Os takes some getting used to, especially the swipe up (reminds me too much of the iPhone come on Google) but overall very satisfied

Incredible phone

This phone is absolutely my favorite to date. I've had quite a few flagship phones. I just came from the oneplus 8 pro. The pixel 6 pro is a beast. The build quality is solid. The magic eraser is incredible. Battery life has been great for me. All the new stuff in Android 12 is awesome. You'll definitely want a case though because this thing is pretty slippery.

A great phone with a couple annoyances

The phone is largely wonderful -- great screen, sharp and clear and colorful, works well as a phone (which a lot of smartphone makers neglect), amazing camera. Really there are just 2 things that really, really bug me: the fingerprint sensor being on the front instead of in back where my finger naturally falls, and the weird screen edges that keep registering touches when I'm just resting my finger. I really wish Google had stuck with what worked on the fingerprint reader; in-screen may be cool tech, but my fingers don't go on the screen when I pick up the phone, they go to the back. Needing both hands free to unlock the phone instead of only one is a big deal.

Great Phone, Minor Issues

Overall, I love this phone. The OS is smooth, apps are quick, camera is great, and the AI features are incredible. The only problem I have with the phone is the extremely slick exterior. I've already had a couple instances where the phone has slipped out of my grip or slowly slid off of a table. Something as thick as a slightly stuffed letter created an incline high enough to cause the phone to slide. There are some OS glitches, but I expect those to be resolved with future updates being Android 12's initial release. Other than that I have no other complaints with the phone.I do realize that other flagship phones have similar all glass exterior. I haven't used other flagships so I can't speak to their slick exterior. However, I feel that if you have a phone that is this hard to keep a sure grip on, you should include a case or bumper with the phone. I have some slight scratching from these falls which prevents me from giving 5 stars. Still a great phone and I love it.

Best Google phone I've had

It's definitely the top Google device I've had as it beats Nexus 6P and prior OnePlus devices, even OP7Pro.It's all about the software and fast updates, bar none. Camera is pretty great as well.Only faults are the adaptive brightness when gaming it fluctuates, but this may be me not used to punch hole front cameras. Charging is slow, but hope it helps with longevity.

So far good, however the phone automatically turns on the driving mode even when I'm at my desk. I've tried disabling this feature, but no luck so far
