Great phone

The Pixel 6 Pro is a great phone and I have had zero issues so far. The screen is vibrant and clear. You can tell some time and money went into this aspect of the phone. The camera is crazy good as you would expect from a Pixel device. The battery life is really nice as well and can easily get you through a full day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I waited over a month to get the Pixel 6 Pro 512GB version and it is such a disappointment mainly because of the countless bugs!

Awesome phone!

When it came time to painfully replace my phone I'm so glad I did my homework! I've been a Motorola product guy for ever, since way before cell phones so when my 5 year old moto Z2 died recently I was bummed. My wife went down the Samsung road last year with mixed reviews and I just got my new Pixel 6 Pro. Comparing the two in daily use I think I'm much happier than her.Pixel 6 Pro has a great battery life, usually two days but I don't talk on it long...I am a male after all. The camera is comparable to her S20 but hers wins by a small margin. I love the curved screen, the feel overall but it did need a case immediately as it is slippery smooth. The tools and widgets are very user friendly so a pretty quick learning curve from my Moto Z to the Pixel 6. I paid for the max memory because my memory sucks and I always forget to delete unwanted pics and useless apps.Overall super happy with it. Haven't found any downside yet and hope I don't! I hope Google stays in the hardware business!

Perfect phone held back by serious service issues
on February 2, 2022

Phone and software are perfect, I couldn't be more happy with it honestly. Feels like this one is years ahead of the competition. Only downside, and it's a big downside, the service is horrible. It drops calls, fails to send or receive text messages, and for no apparent reason. I'm on T mobile in Seattle metro area where the service coverage for 4g and 5g is outstanding. I'll be in the city and have an exclamation mark at the top of the screen where my service should be, and the phone is rendered useless. I used to use a pixel 4 XL before this phone and the service just on 4G LTE was outstanding in the same areas, never had an issue. Google has released several software updates now and the issue hasn't been resolved. This is also my second pixel 6 pro that has had the same issue, the first one I returned because I thought I had just received a phone with a manufacturing defect. A quick Google search shows many people sharing in my disappointment.

good, and always getting better

This phone is great. There are a few bugs here and there, but nothing that really gets in the way of your regular, everyday use too much. while it is nice to have the fingerprint scanner for the biometrics, part of me wonders why we moved it from the back (it worked perfectly there) as there are inherent difficulties with a scanner under the screen. All of the new hardware and software come together in a great phone that continues to get better as so many of the features come from the software and are easily updated and upgraded. There are a few features that I miss from previous versions and some features that have been changed (squeezing the phone is replaced by a double tap on the back). But I stand by the fact that this phone is very good and is a steal compared to the other phones in its league.

Only two complaints

I really got used to the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone and miss that.Gesture navigation being the default setting was frustrating. Spending the time learning a new, slightly complex set of gestures for the same things that three buttons on the bottom does; not fun. I was sad when I thought I was stuck with gesture navigation and relieved when I found the option to turn it off. That is all for now. Still too early to tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the newest phone by Google and it's their best one yet! I love the photo editing features. It has great storage space and responds quickly. I've dropped this at 5ft high and there's not a single dent. It's like the Nokia of smartphones because it's also kinda heavy/bulky. It doesn't come with an adapter.
