I would not recommend this product to anyone

The battery is no good it shuts off on you and it’s very expensive never in my life I would ever buy this company pump ever again!!I give it a zero!!

Great product and AMAZING customer service

When my original Freestyle Flex battery stopped working after 3 weeks, Medela overnighted me a brand new pump but because of production issues, they sent me the Sonata instead (and even included all parts, plus a spare set). As soon as I started using the Sonata, my production increased drastically. As an exclusive pumper, I would only recommend the Sonata to others planning to (or unexpectedly having to) do the same! By 6 months, I only had to pump 3x/day to support my twins (vs 5x/day to support my older son when he was 6 months old using the Pump In Style Advanced). After 10 months of daily use, the Sonata motor broke and again they overnighted a brand new motor to me at no cost! I can't say enough about this company!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor suction

I was searching a new breast pump kit for my low production and I stop at this one because of the similar suction phase to the symphony, the Bluetooth connection , the digital screen , rechargeable battery
Accessories are fine
, breast pump :
Digital screen are between good and bad cause you can see how many time you use it but you can’t clearly see the number
The suction is very bad I had the pump in style and it was better at it
. The suction level of sonata is very low and even at 10/10
Vs pump in style at 4/10 you have the same suction
The battery life is okay
