-this set comes with a giant polyester carrying bag but does not come with bottle collars or nipples (oversight on Medela's part, failing to account for the milk needing to go into an infant after pumping it into bottles). At least the bottles and apparatus have a big bag to sit in while the baby goes hungry
-added investment required; needed to purchase new bottle set because it was the only way to get collars and nipples
-flex connector heads stopped sealing after only four weeks
-have to clutch hands tightly around suction units or they won't function (not hands-free since week four)
-added investment required; purchased new seals which did not remedy suction issue
-contacted Medela customer service to see if they would honor 90 day warranty and no response back
-the faceplate was also loose within 6 weeks

I've been using this product for 4 months now. The pump itself as a machine works well no complaints but I'll tell you that as an exclusive pumper this machine did not make my life easier and made pumping a drag.
You'll need a specific flange for your size. Medela only makes 3 sizes and most women do not fit these. So if you're like me you'll need to buy off market. I had to purchase 2 to get the right fit for me.
I got the Medela bra to be hands free and the pump and bottles hang off your breasts. I found this to be heavy and dragging my breasts down. Just plain uncomfortable. Even worse when you're moving around because pulling is happening.
You can barely do anything when wearing the pumps, especially the most important thing carry or pick up your baby. The pump and wires will be in the way if you're trying to pick up or carry your baby. If you don't have help at home and are pumping you'll have to take off your pump to pick up your baby unless you're just placing them away from your body elsewhere. The whole purpose of this product is to be mobile but you can barely do anything and the most important thing to carry for your child is also difficult while pumping 20 to 30 min at a time. This actually made motherhood more difficult for me and stressed me out having to pump but also ensuring the baby would be asleep or not need anything during this time. I'm not sure how this design is suitable for mothers as it does not add benefit to your day nor is it a comfortable design. I would not recommend and next time I'd try the bellababy to see if they're more comfortable at 1/4 of the price. This product is not worth the price tag.

Similar quality to the one at the hospital!

I was able to pump the same amount of milk in comparison to the breast pump machine at the hospital. Walking around was easy with this product. This product is also compatible with the Dr. Browns standard bottles so I was able to save time and pumped directly into the bottles to feed my baby.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expensive and not hands free

Doesn’t work well. Not hands free. Only pro if you want portable but battery doesn’t last long. Expensive just for the brand name. Confusing to use. Impossible to dry tubing.

Please read through the unanimous 1 star app reviews before buying of you are looking at this pump for it's digit features. A slap in the face to moms. How ignorant for a company to sell a pump for several hundred dollars more based on its "digital capabilities". This app has only increased the stress for my wife who, like most moms, has been through a lot to conceive our son. After 2+ weeks in NICU tracking is essential for our baby and this app falls short, it doesn't connect, crashes and ERASES DATA ENTRIES. Madela should be ashamed for failing their only customers so horribly with this useless app and causing more stress for moms during such a stressful time. Shame on you

Worked as well as a hospital grade pump - except it only worked for four months, and then it died.
Extremely high price point for such a short life span.

Super happy with this double pump as someone who is exclusively pumping. Works as well as the hospital grade medela symphony and is great to not be attached to a machine. The battery life is good, would be ideal if it had a belt clip but you can easily tuck it in your pocket and use a hands free bra. Happy with the purchase overall!
