Bought this for myself, as I wanted something smaller to fit in a small purse without having to juggle the bottle with other things I am trying to carry. The straw is ok, good if I am riding a bike, will make it easier to drink. But would like a different lid for those times I want to remove the lid without dealing with a big straw coming out of it. Guess I should have looked at it closer before buying. I do like the bottle, keeps stuff cold. Will be looking for a new lid. Oh and the color combination on the Atlantic/Sail Blue is horrible. The two colors really don't match well.

My 20-month-old can easily open and close the spout herself, and she can carry it herself, too, with the wide handle. I'm very glad to have found a good stainless steel water bottle for her.

Love these kids water bottles. My kindergartener brought hers hooked to a carabiner on her backpack everyday to school. Very sturdy and cool colors. I bought this one for next year and the summer. We love these bottles
