This is the best, leakproof kids bottle for camp and school that we have found! My cousin bought my husband and I bottles when we went to Colorado, and we loved how cold they kept our water...didn't even know about the kids version. After MUCH trial, error, and waste...we stumbled on the kids Takeya. BEST purchase we have ever made. Even after using 5 days/week, jumbled around in a backpack, and being dropped millions of times...still leakproof, handle still intact, and the double wall still sealed.

This is a great value as far as stainless steel water bottles are concerned. Thoughtfully designed, attractive, easy for a toddler or child to use. I think it’s on the larger side for a toddler but a good one to grow into. It’s easy to clean but I would have appreciated a straw brush. The straw insert arrived cracked but Takeya immediately sent me a pack of two. It also worked alright with a slightly cracked straw. I’m curious if it will start leaking but for the first few weeks it’s been leak free. I’m also curious if this will stay cold in the summer. I’ve put ice in and it melts but only a couple of pieces. I think it needs to be loaded with ice to stay frozen, perhaps.

Love everything about the bottle. I wish the logo is a bit smaller, though, it looks so gigantic. Well, the bottle works as it should. No leaking, perfect size, keeps water cold or hot for a long time, easy to open the lid, and the color is so pretty.
