It is very comfortable. I have learned to use it on my right foot w neuropathy, knees occasionally, right forearm and right leg shin mostly.
Some places are easier to wrap then others but being clever is the key and the wrap itself is very flexible.
I love the warmth and auto turn-off in 20 mins.
I am forced to relax..and super happy I invested in my self care.
