Just got mine today 4/22/22. First thing I noticed was straps are to short. For the money you should be able to adjust the straps. Not all people that use your product are skinny legged.

Very much improved from the first version that was offered. The quality is much better. Much sturdier and the velcro works now. I use it daily and have seen significant improvment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I had PRP injected to obviate the need for Knee replacement. It worked but I knew I needed more. This device was perfect. The infrared warmth feels so good Now I’ll shop for device to help my sore shoulder Thank u!!!!!
