Great infrared

I had trouble keeping the velcro on top of the brace to hold. I found that putting the brace upside down or with the button on the bottom and the words Tommie copper facing you, the velcro holds better.

Straps are short, but works very well for arthritis

The brace really helps with my arthritis in both knees. The only negative thing is the straps are to short. My knees really swell up because of my arthritis and the straps are not long enough. Luckily for me, one of my ice packs came with extra straps so I can the brace in place.

Well designed, easy to use. Battery charges quickly. Only flaw is the velcro straps that hold device on... they do not hold very well, hard to get placed correctly.

Red Light Therapy Works

Over time my knees were becoming more painful. The swelling made it difficult to walk without limping. Going up and down stairs was a special challenge. I used several popular creams and ointments. They were messy and provided very little help. I saw Tommie Copper products on TV and visited the website. This is where I found the Pro-Grade Infrared & Red Light Therapy products. Since using the knee wrap, my knees have improved substantially. I am a senior citizen and I am happy to report that life has gotten better. Thank you Tommie Copper.

It is very helpful and helps with the pain, and very easy to use.
The only negative is that leg straps should be longer or have a larger size option. Otherwise pleased with the light therapy.
