The velco closures are next

The velco closures are next to worthless. If you remain perfectly still, the device might stay on your knee. Don't even think about walking around in it. It falls right off. You would think for the price they could have invested a little bit more into decent velco. I am returning for a full refund.

Strap frustrating.

The bottom strap will not stay attached it’s constantly falling off unless you stay perfectly still with your leg propped up on a foot stool or stretched out in bed, the top strap is fine the infrared works great and helps with the pain I’m just frustrated with the lower strap.

I am using it am and pm to help with a twisted painful knee. I no longer have pain due in a large part to this item. Only drawback is velcro is not effective.

KNEE BRACE DOES NOT FIT

Looks like a nice knee brace but the one size fits all...did not fit my husband. So disappointed. He is not an over weight or overly large man . Solid muscle. The brace would not wrap around top of his leg.

This item I would rate higher if it had better Velcro fasteners. The ones it has are weak and don't always hold very well or stay.

Velcro needs redesigned

The item is really well made…except for the Velcro. The Velcro does not stay fastened and needs to be redesigned. Would be a 5 star item if it stayed fastened.
