I would give it 5 stars if the shoulder design fit a bit better. It just doesn’t quite conform to the shape of a shoulder. Also the front strap with the Velcro should be shorter so I could attach and remove it by myself. The front strap on top is so long that it adheres behind the back where it’s very hard to reach. Especially with a bad shoulder.
All that said, my shoulder pain has decreased with about 3 weeks of daily use.

I am so grateful I found the Infrared & Red Light wraps. I have a shoulder wrap as well as the knee/ankle wrap, and when I use them, my joints feel so much better; and, in some cases, stop the pain altogether. I was searching for something to ease my joint pain due to a medical condition where I am unable to take pain medication. The Infrared tools meet my specific needs and I thank Tommie Copper for offering these wonderful pain management tools.

Waiting for orthoscopic surgery, this helps manage pain if I overuse my knee. Fits well, plenty of room. Rechargeable ubc easy.

Works some what how ever the Velcro does not hold at all no matter what I do
tried walking with it falls off holding it on for 20 minutes is nuts.
